Shit drivers usually drive Audis, BMWs or Mercedes in my long driving experience. They have to get to the front before anyone else because their time is obviously more valuable then anyone else’s.

That's a bit of a generalisation. I stopped smoking after 30 years and the incentive was using the money saved to finance a 3-series BMW. In 50 years driving, never had an accident and I consider myself to be a courteous driver. It's often other drivers who seem want a challenge, I let them go.

Doesn’t really bug me, more intrigues me. So not sure why I’m putting it in this thread really.

But why at the darts do they still have the guys frantically scribbling the scores down in magic marker, when there’s huge electronic scoreboards right next to them? It’s the same guy that’s been doing it since the beginning of time as well. He must shit himself every year thinking, surely they’re going to realise they don’t really need me before next year?

I know knobs drive all sorts of cars but I stand by that a disproportionate number drive Audis, Mercs and BMWs, especially the faster versions of them, they just attract that sort of person.

Agreed (and I passed the IAM test, plus extras 30 years ago).
I think many owners have heard the ‘Merc, BMW, Audi’ saying and know the general perception and just feel they need to live up to that tag as much as anything else, no doubt they would likely be shit drivers no matter what car, that’s not to say all, see some excellent driving by some, but definitely a disproportionate amount as you say.

I drive 35 miles a day to work and back. Most of it motorway, and by far the biggest set of **** drivers are those with Fiesta STs. On an almost daily basis I'll see one being driven by a lunatic.

Was sat behind one a few weeks ago in heavy traffic, and the tosser was unable to move yet was revving the tits off it. When traffic eventfully moved, he'd repeatedly wait for the cars in front to move about 30 yards and leather it that short distance and brake at the last second. This went on for about 10 minutes. I wanted to get out and strangle the prick.

I just internally laugh at that kind of driving. His fuel at the price it is now, his tyres and his brake pads to have to change. Pricks will prove what they are to others and that will never change
