I have the same problem lovely , just recently the capsules have been breaking open when i try to get them out of the foil, think the generic medicines are cheaply made with the foil being cheaper as well as the drugs

I think that’s it. Unfortunately mine aren’t the capsules (which I do find easier to swallow) and with the arthritis in my hands especially my thumbs it can be a nightmare. However I'm walking as bit better so I guess it’s swings and roundabouts!!

Yes but I don't always take them in the kitchen and don't have a knife in the other rooms. What I have done sometimes is to get my nail file and puncture it that way but today it just got to me... you know how you can do things for yonks and then suddenly it's a nuisance. Maybe it was just because I was on edge waiting to hear how much my daft car was going to cost me in repairs and I took it out on the paracetamol being a nuisance!!! (£326.40 was the answer so now I'm considering finding some bubble wrap somewhere and punching/puncturing that!! *rofl* Thank you for your advice though. :-)
