Sturridge - I love Man City, but I was right to leave

Sturridge turned down an offer of a salary that was much more than a lad with his lack of experience deserved.

City's final offer to him was more than generous, IMHO.

I don't blame the club (whoever it was) for not bowing to his demands.

Danny was p*ssed about by numpty cancelling meeting after meeting to sort his contract out,
Far from being offered THE SAME as every other academy graduate (As promised by SGE, & SP when danny turned down a £3 million transfer to chelski aged 16 ), he was offered half.

For the weeks leading up to the first meeting, the rumour was put around the club that numpty didn`t rate Danny that much (By numpty).

Danny said no ta, then the stories leaked to the press (By numpty an his taffia ), the same tactic used against any of the many people who fell foul of "That utter c*nt" ( Dunne, Elano, Jo, Richards, MJ, the academy staff, ect ect )

Further meeting offered parity, and then when the penny dropped a higher offer............by which time "No thanks" turned to f*ck you numpty, despite staff trying to coax Danny round to staying, the boards misguided announcement that numpty was staying was the final straw.

Get your facts right, put the blame where it belongs

LOL He loved Man City so much he turned down £30k for the £65k a wk Chelsea offered ...what a low life!!
