Summer clearout - who?

Gaz Baz - if he played for City, he'd get sent off every game. Late in the challenge time and time again, but gets away with it at Everton

Lescott - Because he can't pass

Dzeko - We don't need 4 strikers
 
Well I hope we don't actually lose anyone but looks like Lescott is gone and Demechelis is only a one year deal. We have a big club these days. There's opportunities outside of England now for City players (especially some of the up and coming guys). I do think we need more spine, really need to find a pairing partner for Kompany and some else for midfield.

Demichelis signed a 2 year contract, so he'll be around next season if management wants him around. That would leave City with Kompany, Nastasic, Demi, and (probably) Rekik. I can easily see City buying another this summer.

I'm up in the air about Jovetic and Dzeko.
-Dzeko doesn't fit but Jovetic can't stay fit.
-I think we need an extra creative AM but I'd be willing to sell both of them if it meant getting in, say, Falcao to partner Aguero.
 
Anyone care to explain why there are fans out there who still want to offload Garcia? Ever since around January he's been getting better and better. As a purely defensive midfielder, and as a BACKUP player, do you really think we could get much better?

Is this really this hard to understand? Too immobile for this league and for our system, too slow. Sometimes decent players dribble past Garcia like he even wasn't there. Not a dig at him not his fault that he doesn't suit the system.. good performances yes since Jan but that doesn't remove the truth. IMO
 
Richards (hopeless throughout)
Lescott (decent enough defender, can't play football to save his life)
Barry (unfortunately)
Sinclair (see Richards)
Rodwell (although I think he has potential, but we can't afford to wait anymore)

Beyond that, I think we're OK (apart from LB postion, but we could scrape by if we had to). Interestingly, all those players listed above are English and count towards out homegrown squad numbers...what a pickle!!

Yes we do. If it wasn't for Dzeko we'd probably be out of title race by now given all the injuries we've had.

22 goals he's scored this season. Course we need him.

I'm not convinced he will ever be able to change these idiots minds because you cant tell stupid.
