Every time I see Casillas mentioned about replacing Hart I cringe . He can't even get into the Real Madrid team so why would
City want him . If people Are going to mention names at least be a starting player.

What you have to ask yourself Vino is whether Hart would get in the Real Madrid team ? The fact Casillas is being kept out by whoever isn't necessarily the full story. They might have the world's number 1 keeper keeping him on the bench.

Would Hart get in the 'rags' team ? Chelsea ? Everton ? Liverpool ?

He's guaranteed a place in our team as he only has pantyman to contend with.

I don't ,Casillas is streets ahead of Joe.

We all want City not just too challenge for the premiership , but also the champions league . But instead of filling the squad with overseas players , it would be great to get a few English players in. Yes they will come overpriced but get the young ones and mould them into how we want to play. Players like Lalana, Ward Prowse,Barkley, Cline and others could only improve training and playing with some of the great players we have. As long has they play and stay fit.

Well bring in Mangala, Fernando, and a right back, promote some youth, and then end on some stellar english signing. Be realistic.

What's the point of buying players just because they are English? They aren't better than what we have. Barkley could be a great player but right now he isn't even a regular starter at Everton and doesn't play great game in game out. Lalana might be a good choice but is he good enough to excel in the UCL? The others need not even be mentioned.

We need someone to backup Silva when he doesn't play. Right now we don't have anyone that can do the things he can do. We need another creative CM so Yaya doesn't have to play every game. A backup RB so Zab doesn't have to play every game. A LB that can do the things Kolorov can do going forward but can also defend. A world class CH. Another winger wouldn't hurt either since we only have 1.

He has actually quoted 10 players and missed one who I think is a certainty to leave us permanently namely Guidetti.

Of those he mentions only Lescott , Barry and Sinclair are nailed on to leave.

Richards should go but it wouldn't surprise me if he stays around for another season playing court jester.

Rodwell will in all probably be loaned out.

Wanna bet? Kolarov was almost nailed on to leave last summer and there are no signs that he will be offered new contract, same with Dzeko. Nasri possibly will stay we'll see. Javi Garcia doesn't fit the style we play isn't fast and mobile enough. Lescott, Barry will be released, Sinclair sold or loaned out. Rodwell sold or loaned out. Guardian reported while back that he is nailed on to Everton. We need to replace Pantilimon with British backup. And Sky reported that Richards will not stay at City so will be sold as he has 1 year remaining.

So that leaves us to bring; Mangala, Fernando, left back, right back, back up GK and forward as I can see Dzeko leaving. Not that unrealistic considering we brought 5 new players last summer. Also Zuculini is coming.
