Summer Transfers

Koulibaly
Torres
Aouar
Striker ( Martinez)
LB
3rd Keeper?

and several top class young players, unknowns but with the ability to get to the top level.

Anyone heard any other links at LB other than Alaba? Just can't see that myself. I think Torres seems likely, Koulibaly seems to be our preference at CB, depending on any unforeseen shakeup in midfield Aouar or Grealish might interest Pep, and if we were to sell both Otamendi and Stones Ake could happen. Have to wonder though with covid and the odd window it may be tough to make sales. The two CBs and potentially Zinchenko seem the only ones who could leave other than the loan army.

What spaces do with have assuming Ota/Zinc goes along with Dave in the squad with home grown and foreign players etc?

It's great to do a Little Britain wanting that one but I've lost track of where we are.
I think with Garcia and Foden being a part of the first team it's not as big of an issue currently.

Sané, Silva, Zinchenko, Otamendi, Bravo. That's potentially 5 foreign spots freed up for next season. One of them is likely to be filled by Zack Steffen. That leaves another 4 free at least for new players.

So, is there no links at all with Digne? I'm surprised. Good LB, probably destined to play in Europe, and yet no-one seems to want to snatch him out of that lukewarm Everton team.

Can't decide if I would like the deal or not, I think under Pep he may get a new lease of life and wouldn't be a terrible option but surely we are still going to go big for a Koulibaily etc so are we looking at Laporte, Kouli, Vertonghen and Garcia as the options next season?

Makes some sense.

Seems like Stones is definitely being sold then. Wonder if he knows?

The fact that Pep would rather have an 33-year old Vertonghen and 19-year old Eric Garcia as back-ups speaks volumes of how much fate pep has in Stones.

Wouldn't be against this. Be like a Demichelis signing in that he knows he's not first choice and you can rely on him when needed.

Son Heung-min would be a very important signing for City.

Fast, technical, goalscorer, knows the league, can fill the Sane position, and can play as a striker. Still fairly young as well.

He would also increase the clubs brand in South Korea.
I like Son a lot. Would be great here.
