Sunday Dinner...

If you're doing beef get a rib of beef and not one of those tasteless lean joints like silverside or whatever. Fat makes meat taste nice. And don't overcook it.

Don't do your gravy with granules or bisto or any of that shite. The meat juices and scrapings from the pan contain all the flavour you need.

^ yup. If you use Bisto all the meal has that nasty salt taste.

If you know fuck all then keep it simple. If the girl is worth it then here are a few tips.

Get oven on top whack.
Good piece of beef. Don't overcook.
For roaters par boil your spuds. Have oil in baking tray red hot. 1 hour.
Steam your veg. Don't overcook, soggy veg is shit. Season and add butter.
Cheat on the Yorkshires if you've never made them before.
Gravy from recipe from first page.
Have table set, plates and dishes warmed.....job's a good 'in.

Don't mentioned anal sex no matter how well you think it's going.

My only input to this thread was going to be:

'Do a rib of beef'.

Sunday dinners are for three seasons of the year and Summer isn't one of them.
