All started with the line up. No fucking idea what Ake was doing back in the side.

Midfield needs massive surgery.

Bernie is just a non-entity. Running around like a headless chicken and doing fuck all in possession.

Gonzales can’t pass forwards. Just look at the difference when Rodri gets the ball. He instantly gets his head up and starts scanning for that progressive ball. Gonzales takes 15 seconds to pass to Dias.

Not remotely good enough from us tonight and there’s been a lot of similar away games this season.

Glad to be frustrated. Nice to be back in title races with games like this instead of whatever the fuck happened last season.

Two tough away games in the Christmas period, three days apart, while Arsenal have been able to put their feet up with two easy home games.

And there's still just 4 points in it. A long, long way to go. A marathon, not a sprint.

Gvardiol was great when he came on.

For someone who scores 50 a season it's incredible that Haaland doesn't seem to understand that peeling off to the back post makes him almost impossible to find with a cross

Incredibly frustrating performance. 2nd half performance deserved the win.

Credit to them for throwing bodies in front of everything but we should have won that.

Sunderland came at it like a cup final.

There's a couple of chances we bury on any other day, but games like that, sometimes a point isn't the worst thing. We're OK.

4 points behind Arsenal at the halfway point. We know they can't sustain that.

One thing I would say they put that effort in against every team that goes there! So can’t say they didn’t do that against other teams they haven’t lost at home this season

Congrats to Arsenal on winning the title. We're not good enough to stay with them. They're different class to the rest of the league.

Arsenal drew 2-2 against Sunderland. Not denying they are a better team, but to say they are winning the league already is silly.

Doku came on and was busy, but we never really looked like scoring barring a couple of Gvardiol efforts

We're desperate for more power and strength in the front line, we get pushed about far too often, even Haaland does
