Blooding the best of the youth players when games are all but won or slowly introducing one into the first eleven is the way to do it. Throwing three or four in together means we probably lose the game and their confidence gets shot.They are learning their trade and it will help them playing with top quality players and adjusting to the step up in class and pace needed.
