It's not the verdict, but it is a step towards it. My bet is that it will uphold the right of clubs to set up competitions outside of UEFA (competition law) but will also uphold UEFA's role as governing body (ESM). Meaning the ESL could be set up, but only within a sporting framework dictated by UEFA. Both parties can claim a win, and that the other loses. And nothing else happens. Let's see.Bump
