I can tell you this, my British friends — I’m in LA right now and since I don’t really care much for the NFL either, I’ll be on a plane home for part of the game. But it IS absolutely perfect weather — the kind you’d wax rhapsodic about for a decade but that LA sees 320 days a year :).

When you say perfect weather, can you explain, only asking as I fly into LA in 2 weeks for a month and was wondering what clothes to pack..

You probably won’t need anything more than a light jacket. Bring some shorts but short sleeves and jeans will suit you fine. Might get a touch of rain in March but not much, and too early for the marine layer (ie fog). Whereabouts in LA?

Well I'm actually doing a road trip, so spending a week in and around LA then going to Death valley, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Diego before flying back from LA.
