I've given handegg a few chances over the years during sleepless nights. Baseball too. They've created a couple of sports where you only have to pay attention every few minutes so you can get on with the important business of eating & drinking, which is fair enough. Have to say they play better starring roles in movies than football does.

To avoid it I am going to watch the highlights of the North of England Kabaddi championship. A truly pointless version of British Bulldog.

Although it was precisely 11.40 when they actually kicked off.

It’s one of my annual minor irritations. It annoyed me even more when the advertised kick off time used to be something ridiculously specific like 11.38 and they were still always 10 minutes or so late.
