"Suspend Parliament" How Will the Supreme Court Rule ?

That's what i was getting at,he doesn't have a mandate so he can't force through what he personally wants,he is trying all the **** tricks to make that happen and it's not on imo and the mp's are right to take him on,i would rather they get fired standing up for what is right than being sheep and doing the wrong thing
You are right of course, but if parliament refuses to agree on anything, Boris will say the people voted to leave and leave we will.

He is still talking no deal today, that's all he has wanted all along,he is not even trying for a deal, then we get to see if he breaks the law with that, this is better than any sitcom!

Johnson's Brexit policy has 3 mandates:
The 2016 referendum mandate; the 2017 electoral mandate when Tories won on No deal is better than a Bad Deal; and a legislative mandate, which was backed by almost 500 MPs, that if a deal didn't happen then Brexit would happen automatically.

None of those are mandates for no deal though as none of them are explicit (not that no deal is his stated policy anyway). The only mandate he's explicitly got is from parliament.

Not that any of it is really relevant to the Supreme Court decision though.

Fucking hell this is funny.

I would add to that afraid of getting into bed with Trump,he is just as likely to have a tantrum and pull trade deals or insist we don't get other deals before he would deal with us,getting into bed with a man child terrifies me!
I hate to tell you then we're already in bed with the USA British companies have around half a trillion pounds invested in the States and US companies have more than a trillion pounds invested in the UK (the biggest single investor in this country) we exported nearly a 100 billion pounds of goods and services to them and nearly 1.5 million Britons work for US companies or US affiliated companies. Sorry to be the bringer of this news bet you won't sleep tonight now.
