I think you're taking me too seriously.
All I'm saying is that nobody knows the truth about how this turns out, but as a leaver (did you guess) I'm sick of hearing mainly one side of the argument. You are perfectly entitled to your views, they are just as valid or crap as mine. I just don't go for the apocalypse end game.
Time sorts most thing out, we all got over two bastard World Wars, didn't we.
Where has it been clearly demonstrated that we'll run out of drugs? I dealt with all of the major pharmas during my working life and although I've retired, I still keep in touch with some people and they aren't giving me any worrying news. There are major pharmas in the EU and they may have a miracle drug to cure a child in UK (or visa versa) but the Head of Astra Zeneca (a brilliant company) isn't going to stop the supply just because some administrators need to sign a piece of paper. People in both countries would lead an outcry and the job would get done there and then. As far as the normal day to day drugs go, most will probably be out of patent and so are now being mass produced in India, China and other parts of the far East. These countries were miles behind in drug production a few years ago but be in no doubt, they are right up there with the best now.
Finally, I didn't like the tone at the end of your post. We may be on opposite sides of the fence but I don't think I've ever been racist about my viewpoint.
Have fun
