The point is that Pep didn’t put youngsters in against Birmingham who are nothing like the team that Swansea are.

He did put several in against Cheltenham and City came within nine minutes of being knocked out.

I am not saying I wouldn’t play Doyle. I probably would. I am just not convinced that Pep will.

several? Only Doyle and bellis played and they didn’t play the full match. I get what your saying, but I just don’t see how having having mainly first team squad players with Doyle would weaken us.

Those two were not the reason why we nearly got knocked out either. We had plenty of first team players playing, but of a lame excuse that

Doyle has the potential to be a first team player, he doesn’t make use weaker. Have some faith in our talented youngsters :)

We do actually, but putting a young defender in the false 9 position is adventurous even for Pep.

Are Swansea likely to go full strength? If they do I think we could go out if we make 10/11 changes. They are a very tough opponent for a disjointed, much-changed team.

They have a better defensive record than us this season, conceding just 1 more than us (15) but from 5 more games (27).

I think we need to go stronger than people think. I want 4/5 changes rather than the entire team.
