1. I've already explained that we could ALL see what the weaknesses were with Pellegrini from the word go, but whilst we were busy winning the league and scoring a zillion goals in the process, it was perfectly reasonable to back him as the prowess going forward was more than compensating for any defensive shortcomings (QED), and the question of his adaptability wasn't an issue as it wasn't being tested at that stage. If you can claim that you foresaw in advance that he wouldn't adapt when those questions were eventually asked, then clearly you are a visionary beyond compare and I wish you were employed by the board.
Lol You love all this supernatural soothsaying hocus pocus crap don't ya! :-)

Dead simple mate, I lived in hope up until yesterday that Pellegrini would wake up and sniff the coffee, but respect to the man, he went out as he came in with his 442. All it takes is the basic human ability of foresight, in other words forward planning. Do you use rune stones to predict if night will follow day? I don't, I use chance and probability, just like anyone who is planning anything does. Poor you if you've been paying psychics to predict when your next bus is due instead of looking at the timetable! Bwahahaha :)
The notion that other managers spotted Pellegrini's weaknesses from the start, but were "too wary to act on it" has to be a wind up on your part, surely?!
Again, look back at our early matches, its there as plain as day that most Prem teams were massing their ranks on their 18 yard line and if they attacked us it was with extreme caution. But slowly one by one they all started to attack us more sensing we were defensively weaker than during Mancini's time. All the same, the bookies still had the
'foresight' to install us as favourites as they still hedged that our vastly superior squad would still probably win the league.
Once he started failing the tests others were setting him though on a repeat basis and it was clear that he wasn't going to change tack, he should have been sacked IMO. For me that was around 16 months ago after the Liverpool/Burnley/Barca triple embarrassment.
This is where we again differ as I still held faith that based on what I previously knew of Pellegrini that he would wake up, sniff the coffee and change. He didn't! You predicted he wouldn't and wanted him sacked (which I never have) so who's the soothsayer and foresight wizard now eh? :-)
IOh, and I did chuckle at the self defeating argument that we should cut the greatest manager in the world plenty of slack next season. Doesn't need it does he, if he's got the greatest squad?!!!
I carried on cutting Pellegrini slack until yesterday, you by your own admission stopped 18 months ago. I cut Sven slack, Hughes slack, Mancini slack and Pellegrini so why wouldn't I cut Pep any slack? Pearce and Ball are the only two City managers I've ever wanted sacked as I'm not the knee jerk type unlike you who seems to flip flop all over the place with the ever changing winds.
I don't know if the posters who levelled abuse at you at the time were banned or were responsible for having threads pulled, as I am a) not one of those posters (ie no-one has ever admonished me for anything on here), and b) not a mod. Did you report them? What was the mods response?
As advised I did twice and never received a response once. Another bit of foresight I had was to predict based on probability that the chasm that was allowed to grow wider on BM would never be bridged even with Pellegrini leaving and Pep coming. I suppose you never had the foresight to see that one either did you?
As for your last point, after this lame response of yours, I've decided you're not worth my bother. Soz, go stalk someone else :-)
