Thank you Healdplace for that up date, when I checked on Monday sky sports was showing football on 4 of their sports channels. .

They had an extra match left but used it to slot in Sunderland v Everton tonight once it was clear relegation could be settled entirely by that one match.

For Stockport Mackem we should all be roaring Sunderland home tonight. Though we would miss our great record against Newcastle.

I thought this was the preferred Arse method of defending, and it was pretty effective. If in doubt, give it a clout!

I can't help think that City will go into this game with twin Colt 45s, every chamber loaded, and all the players wearing boots that would rival Charlie Cairoli's in his prime!

Do the simple thing City and do it effectively!
Just think if either Mangala or Clichy for their first goal had given it a clout....

The team that started against arsenal but with Nasri in for Iheanacho for me.

Good start needed, Swansea have nothing to play for so it's essential we don't let them into the match. Good tempo and hopefully better defensive performance and we should be alright.

Same team with Iheanacho replaced by Nasri, not because he did anything wrong, but because we don't need to win, Nasri has great ball retention skills & De Bruyne is pushed out wide if Nacho starts.

------------------Hart-----------------
Sagna-Otamendi-Mangala-Clichy
------Fernandinho-Fernando------
---Navas----De Bruyne----Nasri---
----------------Aguero---------------

Expecting another tough match against Swansea, they more than equalled us at the Etihad. Hopefully the (supposed) omissions of Williams & Sigurdsson will be a bonus to us, and I hope Montero is still out as when he plays he can be fantastic in some matches.

Swans ripped WHU apart by attacking down the wings, so it would be logical to make sure we are set up to prevent that.
-course it's Pellers...so logical....yea..

Hart
Sanga Mangala Ota Clichy (only possible thing with injuries and kolorov's awefulness)
Dinho Nando (Dinho looks tired but a week rest should help, Nando was a beast on Sunday, I'd expect the same this week)
Navas KDB Nasri (Navas pace will get back and defend, KDB in the middle where he should be, Nasri..lil concern about will he track back..but he can be subbed if we score first)
Kun

Bench:
Nacho, Bony, YaYa, MDM, Sterling, Willy

No idea. Pellegrini's explanation was a bit odd, to say the least.

Well he said Nasri was sick so couldn't train. I'm guessing since being ill didn't count as an injury, he said he wasn't injured.

Odd in any case, but that's what I make of it.
