Swansea (QF) Post Match thread

Bit fortunate in terms of the two big 2nd half calls but we deserved to go through. Not sure how we managed to find their goalie with so many of our chances. I'll not be too upset if I never see Delph again in a City shirt, brain dead and makes so many bad decisions.
We had so much space in the 1st half down both wings and fecked up every time with a poor final ball into the box.
Thought Gab Jesus was quite poor as well, he didn't have much presence upfront at all. Then in the last 20 seconds of the 4 added minutes, for reasons known only to himself, he tries to dribble through 2 Swansea players on the edge of our box & loses the ball...feck sakes son, it's not Fifa 19.
We were a bit of a mess at times at the back as well, they looked dangerous every time they broke forward.
Mahrez still looks out of place in our team, far too slow on the ball.
At times Walker looks great and then looks awful, too inconsistent? Was posted missing for their 2nd goal.
First 5 minutes we looked good, Leroy was zooming down the wing and looked in the mood and I thought we'd win it easily.
Good performances from Bernado, Raz and Kun when they came on, Zinchenko added some composure down the left flank 2nd half.
Great character again from this team, it did seem like one of those games where once we got the 1st goal, things would completely change and they did.

Read one or two slagging of Jesus, I actually thought he did well, controlled the ball well when played up to him (Sané take note), played almost like a lone striker against two big centrehalfs, also great attitude chasing back at end of second half

Pen for me too - never a dive, but not arsed to be honest

It’s marginal but BT behaved as if it was a blatant dive which it was not and you’d think Sergio was quarter of a furlong off-side the way they condemned him.
