If we are to start winning games he needs to be dropped and Barry needs to play at left back especially if Robinho or Petrov start. Teams will skin us alive down that side.
 
problem is we've no Bridge or Lescott for another month, I don't think it'd be wise to leave Barry there for the next 5 games or so, So it appears we don't have much of a choice.
The thing is he was good enough for Barca in the Champs league final only a few months ago, he's obv short on match fitness.... and as he won't be up against a Lennon every week, maybe he should be given a couple of games..?
 
Was fucking shite, looked okay against Bolton but against a better quality team he was horribly exposed. Way past it, Garrido needs to play.

Fucking hell - I'd completely forgot Garrido existed - dust the cobwebs off him.
 
To be fair he was playing against a winger who is on fire and had Robi as protection if you can call it that.

Why not play Barry in front of him ?
 
Not many defenders could handle Lennon. He is frightening and it was clear tonight how much better he is than SWP.
