Apparently Arsenal and Chelsea supporters are over the moon that us mancs have been knocked out of the chumps, so they has been defending our honour and saying that the Chumps will now be less attractive to watch etc etc.

I heard that because we are both out it might be only three teams in Europe next year, so before those fans start rolling around pissing their sides laughing they might not be laughing if either finish fourth and only qualify for EL. In respect of the buy the trophy shite, they all told us you can't buy sucess, and of course I would have no emotion at all if we won the prem league this season, yeah right. :-)

Would be very funny, but not much chance of it happening. England a mile ahead of 4th placed Italy and still have 8 teams to pick up points.

Next year i think it stays the same bud. However if the same happened next year then this is a possibility afaik.

Usual knee jerk reaction when English clubs don't do well in the Champs League.

What these dicks don't realise is the current Barca team will go down as one of the best teams in history. They will have a similar legacy to the Liverpool teams of the past.

Disagree. That liverpool team was outstanding. But this Barcelona team will be remembered like the Ajax team of the 70s or the Real Madrid team of the 50s. They have changed the way people that people think about football, which is far more impressive than just winning things - it's about how they win them.
