Does anyone think there may be an agenda against our club?
Just asking.
Just asking.

I'd be more worried if they were bigging us up.ElanJo said:Manchester City will win nothing. With the squad they had, and the changes at other clubs, City should have won the title by 10-12 points last season, but in the end only clinched it because Chelsea dropped points late in the campaign against Villa, Palace, Norwich and Sunderland, while Liverpool lost to Chelsea and slipped up at Crystal Palace.
We probably would have had we not also needed to get used to Pellegrini (and Pellegrini to the PL), ya know because we made changes as well. Once everyone settled we only lost 2 games all season, 1 because of injury (Demichellis in CM vs Chelsea) and 1 because Scousernburg fucked us over at Klanfield
Kompany, Yaya, Silva and Aguero barely played together also (only started 4 or 5 games together) and I doubt it'll be quite that bad this season.

I believe there's a thread 'upstairs' where the Flat Earth society meet up to try and prove the existence of this imaginary beast - it's usually just yourself, George Hannah and a couple of folk who may or may not be humouring you.
But well done to the pair of you - don't let a complete lack of proof, motive, evidence and logic stand in the way of your endeavours.
When you get a minute, get hold of one of those dictionary things - it's a big book that explains what words mean.
Check out 'bias' and 'agenda', and clock the subtle but important difference between the two.
Maybe confirm this by cross referencing with something called a thesaurus, which sounds like a dinosaur, but is in fact another big book of words.
This will confirm that neither are synonyms, so therefore they don't have the same meaning.
Or live forever in a permanent state of paranoia and delusion, rant aimlessly every time we don't get mentioned in an episode of The Archers, and wear you tin foil hat with pride.

Is there a Time Travel thread on there too? The repetition of error does not transform it into fact nor does it change the meaning of words. You seem to have trouble with multiple definitions so let me help if you can't grasp other meanings for agenda than a piece of paper with items for business written on it.nijinsky's fetlocks said:I believe there's a thread 'upstairs' where the Flat Earth society meet up to try and prove the existence of this imaginary beast - it's usually just yourself, George Hannah and a couple of folk who may or may not be humouring you.de niro said:Does anyone think there may be an agenda against our club?

No mistake - Scholarship boy me. Good pick on their part - you can see my academic achievements recorded in gold lettering on polished oak panels in the Hallam hall.nijinsky's fetlocks said:George Hannah said:Is there a Time Travel thread on there too? I do love you and de niro - you're a veritable conspiracy theory tag team - a bit like Billy and Dismal - we seldom get the monkey without the organ grinder.
Sometimes I picture the two of you in bed together - not in any sexual way, but more like Morecambe and Wise, only you two are funnier.
That you actually attended the same alma mater as myself and yet learned so little is an eternal mystery to me.
Did some clerical error mean that your 11 plus results got mixed up, and a bright child got sent to Offerton High by mistake?
