There's a real gap in the market for an intelligent football based radio channel. I am sure it would be supported by proper fans of all clubs. Talksport is driven by the fast-fading tabloid culture and has become almost a parody channel. The BBC is only interested in social media fanboys. They don't seem to realise that, even now, less than 10 per cent of the population uses Twitter. I agree with those who have said Talksport 2 is better than its main channel but it is still a million miles away from what we should be getting in a football-obsessed country like the UK. It's incredible that morons like Allardyce and Dean Saunders get any airtime.
Allardyce's precise quote was: "I'm sick of this playing out from the back rubbish." You couldn't make it up.

To be fair to him, I'd be alright sitting around talking sh1te losing a few more brain cells if i was slowly transforming from footballer Dean Saunders into Hollywood heart-throb Antonio Banderas(sp).

The Fat Sam thing was in response to Rat Boy calling him out on MNF for having a go at Arsenal playing it out from the back, Large Samuel not impressed it would seem, the mental health thing with McCoist started off about Boyata not been mentally right to play for Celtic, McCoist tell a story of something similar about Andy Goram and set of fans chanting there are only 2 Andy Goram's (I presume alluding that hes a schizophrenic) MCoist did preempt his tale saying that mental health is not funny and they both laugh at the McCoist tale.

Ally McCoist is the only decent presenter they have on that station.
He is eloquent, knowledgeable, objective and also funny.
Hopefully he will stay that way and not turn into an ignorant, biased, amateur idiot
like the rest of them. talkSport 2 is a million times better.

I was quite shocked listening to the boiled bollock and Seamen (sic) yesterday, the drivel spouted by the pair of em was pathetic, Ill informed, poorly researched and boring as fuck, seems to be totally unscripted which can make great radio when the presenters are knowledgeable and talented broadcasters, these two couldn’t be further from either...
They are not the worst either, Gough and Saunders are another level below them...!
