Thought i’d Give it a miss for a few days , not surprisingly my stress levels went down , I felt calm for a change .Put it on y’day & I swear 5 seconds it took ....Manchester Utd again . Off it went , might be permanent this time .

Apart from laughing at Goldstein travelling home after games I too have binned talkragshite & feel much better for it.

Caught 5 mins at a friends earlier in the week where shouty man was at the class of '92's hotel with 'beautiful views of the swamp bathed in sunshine' & a southern rag won a couple of grand of Wick's vouchers by guessing the fee Chelsea paid for Jorginho was £40M & shouty had a guess of £35M nearest to the actual amount won. Now either shouty is a disgrace as a sports reporter or he threw it....
