That was the general theme accross the media at the time. Villa had the perfect owner whilst we were just a 'plaything'. I recon that was reinforced by most Villa fans phoning in or posting on the net as well, Everton fans too etc etc, they were all having an orgy of how City will crash & burn & how we are 'nothing' etc. My sympathy for Villa now, is prety much none existent as a result.
