Because nobody pays any attention to the rubbish that comes from that station. To go suing would only give them the publicity and coverage they want, they want a reaction. Best thing anybody can do and especially City fans is turn them off and dont listen to them as they and their views are utterly irrelevent.

The problem is that Talkshite is listened to by a lot of normal footie fans. They believe this stuff and will definitely buy what Jordan is saying. Their take will be:

'he's a businessman and knows his stuff, why would he lie. Oh, and if it was a lie then City's owners would sue him. So, there's obviously something in it as they're silence is deafening'

People believe this stuff, they genuinely do. Our club should be doing something about it.
