Yep not listened to it in months Smooth radio all day long now

Ha yea I realised I'm an old man now when listening to Smooth radio ( and actually enjoying their output )

Still have a cheeky listen to XFM.

I feel much happier after switching off Talkshite.
Most miserable, shit stirring piece of crap I've ever cone across.

I've been a listener to, and defender of Talkshite for years now but haven't listened since the Liverpool defeat and I'm the better for it. Bizarrely I've started listening to Smooth FM too ad it was the only station my bedside clock would pick up without an aerial. It's CDs only in the car.

Trying to find the resolve to ditch Sky now but, for the moment, have contented myself with tuning in only at kick off and watching on mute.

Mind you, I've had a lot of hospital treatment these past few months and going to games is now out of the question, probably forever so the radio and the box is likely to get a hammering from now on. But I won't be getting any input from TalkManure. There is no news input from this excuse of a station, all we get is invited journalists spreading their gossip, followed by presenters speculating on this gossip. Unlike 5Live which at least is pretty well up with real breaking news.

Just listening to it now while out walking the dog there on about the title saying Chelsea still in pole position (obviously ) but arsenals current form and they still have Chelsea to play and if they win could still see them challenging for the title, then someone pops up with if utd win today their still in with a chance ! Was then waiting for but if City win today and win our game in hand we would go into 2nd place ......... But silence never mentioned
