Well said Jackie
That wanker Simon Jordan has once or twice too. Of course they have to emphasise that they don't like how we are run or how we operate before they give us any credit!Fair play to rag goldstein and chav cundy on the sportsbar giving us the credit we know we wont get in certain other places
I had a 25 minute drive to the pub where the Tampa Bay Blues were watching the game and caught this.Just had to nip to the shop so thought I’d get a bit of pre match on to get me in the mood only to get some nob telling us five reasons why PSG could come back and win the tie. Obviously I didn’t give that my time, I presume I missed all the pro city stuff as well
Heard it. Amazing. I try not to get tied up in the ‘anti city agenda’ shizz but that was puzzling.Just had to nip to the shop so thought I’d get a bit of pre match on to get me in the mood only to get some nob telling us five reasons why PSG could come back and win the tie. Talkshite Well what do you think Alan, Gulp they still wouldn’t of beaten our Ipswich side
anyway good luck Chelsea for tonight pass us the wine Ally
What a great day that was.We actually beat his Ipswich side in the FA cup semi final in 1981 with a far inferior side than we had out last night, I was there. Our present side would hammer them
What a great day that was.
It was Steve MacKenzie’s free-kick!Utterly superb, I was right behind the goal in the Holte end where Powers free kick went in, total bedlam.
It was Steve MacKenzie’s free-kick!
It was Power’s goal, but who took the free-kick!!Erm no it wasn't, it was Paul Power.
Oops....900 posts and finally the mask slips ;)It was Steve MacKenzie’s free-kick!
That was one of the greatest days as a City fan growing up. I remember every minute detail. Steve took the free, rolled it to Paul, who did the rest!Oops....900 posts and finally the mask slips ;)
You've a better memory than me, just had to rewatch it.That was one of the greatest days as a City fan growing up. I remember every minute detail. Steve took the free, rolled it to Paul, who did the rest!
It was an amazing moment. Maybe even more emotional than last night. You've a better memory than me, just had to rewatch it.
It was Power’s goal, but who took the free-kick!!
That is the perfect analogy of causing an argument in an empty house. Mackenzie touched the ball to Power who smashed it into the top corner. So would 99% of Blues think, "Mackenzie scored the free kick" or" Power scored the free kick" I know what my money's on
I wasn’t really being serious. Just a quirky little fact. You were fortunate to have been there. Radio 2 was live during Sports Report, with the great Peter Jones describing the action. An unforgettable moment.
