Hart will be given at least the first month ahead of Given. But after that it'll be Given to lose.

A right battle will be had at the back. God only knows who's the preferred CBs and RB. It'll need to be sorted for day one though. Can't win a title and not have a solid defense.

Yaya will run everything from the middle. Like Dejong did for Holland in the WC but without so much tackling. More like a presense.

Ireland and Milner will be prefered to Barry and SWP. More energy and versatility. They'll be our Xavi and Iniesta...bread and butter style though.

Johnson will start until Silva is up to speed. Then he'll take over.

Tevez will have to master the role just outside the box, i.e. look up and link play more.

Adebayor will have to be very desciplined in staying central. People will call him lazy if he does it right but in this seemedly laziness will be a steady compass. Everyone will play through and off this central presence just around the box.

We'd have at least another 14 (25-11) excellent outfield players to come in as needed (1.Given, 2.Taylor, 3.Zabba, 4.Richards, 5.Kolo, 6.Bridge, 7.SWP, 8.Johnson (M), 9.Barry, 10.DeJong, 11.Viera, 12.Silva, 13.Bellamy, plus the kids like Balotelli, Caicedo,Boyata, Mee, Ibrahim, Nimley, Weiss, etc at - some may go on loan but still it's some squad - by the way not sure how the kids fit into the new rules)

Basically we'll be lethal.

(unless ourt manager is crap and screws it all up - why don't City just give me the job?)

For me, that squad is strong, young yet experiences, packed with top quality players and copes with the new home grown talent rules.

I was just writing my team out, and looked at it and thought god damn I've left sucha face out.

Mancini has presented a very nasty but very good headache.

For me we only need one more signing and that is a prolific striker, because without Tevez last season we'd of been down the pile a lot.
