Lol! 1st trip to watford ,under Machin,i was underwhelmed.City soon went 1nil down ,but the 'roar' of the home crowd sounded like a load of school kids cheering,a really pathetic ,quiet cheer.....i was bored,the ground looked shit ,couldnt get a drink near by and i had to trek thru allotments to get to my seat
Never bothered going back to VR.cant stand the place.

Yeh. There whole wet the pants thing over Tevez was a joke , they got relegated because they were shite and couldn’t beat anyone, not because of Argentinian friend scored one goal at Old Trafford after having an abysmal goal record for us for his ability.

Tevez did nt have a great scoring revord at whu ,understandable maybe ,adapting to a diff country culture language etc,but his goal record at old trafford was only a little better whilst winning honours...it was the players all round determination and unselfish running which made him an important player for you..and contributed to you staying up that season,which is why he won 'Hammer of the year' 2006/7 season ...so his contribution shouldnt be understated now,...it certainly wasnt by your fans at the time.
