Tennis fans..

I don't have a clue why i'm still watching this, there's gotta be someone out there, who just flicked it on and the batteries in the remote went and they have no spares in the house, so hes sat there looking outside at the rope where the kids tire swing used to be thinking of ending it all.
 
There was a tosspot there in an england football shirt supporting Murray. I wonder if this guy would support the Scottish football team as long as it wasnt against England, being sworn enemies and all that.

English and British when it suits
 
Sport doesn't get much better than that.
There's something about the head to head nature of tennis, you just don't get with team sports.
It's just you against the other guy, and you're on your own !
Wimbledon is unique in many ways.
But it's not all toffs and tossers.
I've been on a couple of occasions, and it's well worth a visit.

As for Murray, he's a genuine contender.
And if other British sportsmen displayed the same committment he does, then perhaps we'd shake off our reputation for being a nation of good losers.
