Tevez can go if he isnt happy - Mancini

Quote;
Mancini also revealed he has spoken to Tevez about the training situation, although he refused to reveal details.

"I have spoken to Tevez," he said. "What we said was private but I did remind him that there had been only one time when he had to train twice in a day.

"We have trained twice four times in the five months I have been here. On two of those times Carlos was in Argentina and one time he was here but didn't train. So I don't know why [he's unhappy]. When we don't have a midweek game I always train two times on Tuesday because it's the only way I know."

Tevez joined City from local rivals Manchester United last summer and has scored 28 goals for the Blues so far this season.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..

You can never allow any player to have the power to sack the maneger, no matter how good that player is.

So if its a straight choice between Mancini and Tevez, I would send Tevez packing.

I wouldnt like it but there you go.

Its the only way it can, and should be. its more than likely all bollocks anyway, so all this is hypothetical. I do get a feeling though that Tevez or not, Mancini is going to be allowed an open cheque book this summer. I think that if we were buzzing last summer, it will pail into insignificance compared to this summer. Put it this way, come 1/8 that page SSN have about players in/out of each club, well we'll have about 4 or 5 pages I reckon.

Comedy gold.

People actually lap up this shit.
out of mancinis mouth, just heard it on sky. not happy then leave.

Why the FUCK is Mancini talking about this before one of the most important games in our recent history. Fucking plank should keep his mouth shut.

its not just tevez though is it, seems a lot of players are unhappy, and there is nothing worst than a unhappy playing staff.

Or so You've heard, from the gutter press no doubt. Can you list direct quotes from players other than Robinho, where they specifically state they are unhappy and want to leave?

Read "Its in the Blood"'s post a page or so earlier, and it will give you an insight into how this countries wonderful press create a problem where there isn't one. I sometimes have to work annualised hours when we're busy. Occasionally this inconveniences me and I may have a moan about it. Doesn't mean I hate my boss or I want to change my job though.

Until I see a tv interview and actually see the words "I am unhappy at Man City and I want to Leave" or "I will stay at Man City only if they sack that c**t Mancini" leave Carlos's (or for that matter any senior pro's) mouth, I will treat these latest "revelations" with the contempt they most probably deserve.

Sorry PB, but for the first time your talking out of your arse.

Which club would get rid of a manager because one player isn't apparently happy. None. Exactly.

If Tevez isn't happy and doesn't like the odd double training session(FFS!), then he can go.

Pecking order.

Club.
Fans.
Owner.
Manager.
Players.

The club and the fans will always be around. The others wil come and go.
That's right about the club and fans but buying a player like Tevez sent out a signal to the rest of the football world and letting him go in faqvour of an decent but average manager would send an entirely negative signal.

If it was a real top rank manager like Mourinho or Van Gaal then fair enough but I would suggest Tevez is far more important to us at this stage than Mancini. And what if it's more players than Tevez? and what if these stories are being planted to lay the groundwork for Mancini's departure?

Please tell me one instant in football where the manager was outed rather than the player.??

There have been cliques in the dressing room for as long as I can remember.

Sven had problems. Hughes and now Mancini.

It is a symptom of an unsuccessful club. It is not the cause. However if the symptom is not treated then it can hinder recovery.

Mancini will realise that the only escape from this cycle is to win something. Forge his own authority. However in the meantime the most disruptive influences will be moved on.
