Tevez comments in papers tomorrow...

When I saw Tevez refuse the City scarves then wave to the fans when they went down the tunnel I thought that was much bigger then any quote in papers.

I really can't see him staying ...

yesterday was probably about putting himself in the' shop window' , as much as anything else .....

it's a shame because he's a fantastic player , but you can feel that he just lived for the moment yesterday .... his heart is really elsewhere.

I lost all hope for Carlos back in January when he put in a transfer request but you can never fault his commitment (whether or not its for the team or himself) or his desire for goal.

I'll be gutted to see him go as he's a good player but I really do believe he can be easily replaced.

I think he'll go, and I hope so - only because he'll cast a shadow of will he, won't he all next season. I'd rather say thanks and cheerio then we can all move on. He doesn't seem to settle anywhere. Good luck to him, fantastic contribution, hope he gets sorted elsewhere and we get a top player to replace him. Perhaps he's too much of an individual for the team we are becoming.

High maintenance doesn't begin to describe...

We need another high energy forward to replace him. Calling Kun Aguero.

Any player who leaves a club who's just won the FA Cup and could potentially still finish 3rd, with the backing and vision we have, is mental. Absolutely, straight up, completely and utterly mental.

In many ways I'l have less respect for him if he does stay. Like many have said choosing not to wear a City scarf when lifting our first cup in 35 years spoke louder than any quotes in papers. I presume the whole 'undecided' routine is simply that, routine, until the end of the season. If he really wants to go because he thinks family relationships will improve abroad then staying after we've just won something will make him look like a right cock.

That said, respect or not, we're still a better team with him in it. If he stays, whilst likely now never going down as a true legend here, we'll be better for it. As long as that captains armband is still handed rightfully to Kompany at the start of next season.

Defo

Komps is a legend here already. It's not just the post FA cup winners celebrations , it's evry damn time that man puts on a sky blue shirt ,and I wold include NDJ and JH in this .. (yeah OK as a goalie JH can't wear sky blue FFS)

with it being so soon after the final he might be declairing his love for the club, looked happy enough yesterday

Happy for himself, maybe. Why did he chuck a Neil Young scarf on his way up the stairs. Bit disrespectful. He was happy to have a flag of Argentina wrapped around his shoulders. Prick.
