Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina

I'm trying to look at all angles with the current situation and one thought I've had is that I wonder if all this is being nicely engineered with Carlos/Kia and City all in agreement about the way forward.

City don't want the fucker anywhere near the club as he is unfit and a disruptive influence; Carlos doesn't want to be here, in isolation, training alone to get fit.

All parties agree that he fucks off to Argentina, apparently without permission so we can fine him up until Jan 1st and not pay his wages, meanwhile we crack on with sorting a transfer away whilst he looks the bad guy and we don't have to have the fucker knocking about badmouthing the club to all and sundry.

Sounds plausible to me.

Tevez and his advisors believe there will be no need for yet another disciplinary hearing and further fines and suspensions, but City might opt to go ahead with disciplinary proceedings in the players absence as he is clearly not going to reappear as instructed to by his club.

Just shows he is clearly in another world. Why does he think that going awol and ignoring instructions not to travel wont be meeted by more disciplinary hearings. Should fine him for every day he is missing

Sounds ridiculously implausible to me. Let's face it, it's in the interests of both parties that tevez maintains the highest possible value on the world market. His acting like an absolute nutter can only be adverse to his value and ergo it's not in the interests of either that he would act like this and indeed let it out to the media that he has mental illness.
If it was a 'stay away with no pay' deal then that could easily be agreed and there would be no reason for a disruptive and damaging charade.

Think it through . . I don't know what's behind this madness but it certainly isn't a cunning plan drummed up between the club and tevez.

Don't be silly, once he had refused to come on/warm up then his time at the club and reputation were finished anyway - we were already making him train alone which wasn't working anyway. I mean from that point on his value was diminished anyway.

Depression is a real debilitating illness not to be scoffed at but..........
I just get the feeling that this is a very sly statement to yet again get at City and Mancini. Tevez's leach of an advisor has yet again in my view pulled a fast one leavin the club with very few options.
It all stinks, I have no doubt it will still engineer a move away, its takes years to get over clinical depression, some unfortunately never do and end it all, can't see that happening though, can you........................??!!!!!!!!!
