Your condescending tone doesn't really tell me what point you are making.

I wasn't making a point, I was asking a question, one that you seem to be going out of your way to avoid answering.

Whether it was a question or not, I didn't understand what you were saying.
Eh. It couldn't have been any plainer. He wanted to know what you meant. It was not obvious to him (nor me).

Are you his dad?

Ask bluemanc1968, he understood.

You two seem to think I had some sort of agenda.

What happens if Tevez retires on Medical grounds?
Aren't we covered through insurance, I recall an Everton player back in the 80s packing it in and then a couple of years while coaching at the rags starting up again and he had to pay back the insurance payment before he could start up again.

I'm trying to look at all angles with the current situation and one thought I've had is that I wonder if all this is being nicely engineered with Carlos/Kia and City all in agreement about the way forward.

City don't want the fucker anywhere near the club as he is unfit and a disruptive influence; Carlos doesn't want to be here, in isolation, training alone to get fit.

All parties agree that he fucks off to Argentina, apparently without permission so we can fine him up until Jan 1st and not pay his wages, meanwhile we crack on with sorting a transfer away whilst he looks the bad guy and we don't have to have the fucker knocking about badmouthing the club to all and sundry.

Sounds plausible to me.

Sounds ridiculously implausible to me. Let's face it, it's in the interests of both parties that tevez maintains the highest possible value on the world market. His acting like an absolute nutter can only be adverse to his value and ergo it's not in the interests of either that he would act like this and indeed let it out to the media that he has mental illness.
If it was a 'stay away with no pay' deal then that could easily be agreed and there would be no reason for a disruptive and damaging charade.

Think it through . . I don't know what's behind this madness but it certainly isn't a cunning plan drummed up between the club and tevez.

Don't be silly, once he had refused to come on/warm up then his time at the club and reputation were finished anyway - we were already making him train alone which wasn't working anyway. I mean from that point on his value was diminished anyway.

With due respect; my point was that this isn't a situation that's being generated with the backing of the club as a cunning ploy to gain an advantage. Added thought is that this situation is keeping tevez in the news for all the wrong reasons whereas an apology and some hard work in training (possibly a few cup games to prove himself to the market) would've gone some way towards getting him considered as an asset.
Telling the media that he's lost his marbles can also only further diminish his residual value. It ain't a City / tevez plot - simple as.

Though I must say that do love a conspiracy theory and really appreciate your throwing this one in here to generate the conjecture that this fine forum is truly famous for!!

No. I simply didn't understand your "point" if you indeed had one.

Can we bring the Tevez Herman Muster head chant back?
I loved that chant when he played for scum would let him know what we think of him now. Not that he would care.

Could his depression be down to the fact that he is missing his family. After all, they are thousands of miles away in England.

Perhaps he should have gone to Tenerife with his bird instead again then

Good luck with your trolling but count me out.

Have I missed something here, it may have been covered so apologies if it has. KIA said 3 weeks ago that tevez' family are over here with him now to stay, and they are making a go of it again. If this is true, then why did he go back to Argentina to be with them?
