looks like the start of a chess game....He gets in first(with a writ) so when city dont get the fee they want & decide to sue him for any drop in value...

Wouldn't the club have had to find in his favour for him to do that, right now he would be better off going after the club(although I'm sure he would still lose).
Anyone think the club will take a hit to send him to south America never to be heard from ever again? I think Mancini's position has been suitably solidified and anything henceforth must surely be nothing more than distraction and a needless headache.
