really, really sick of this now.

Either get rid or give him a job selling pies at half time!

Are you serious? Don't you know how that would go?

Me: "One balti, please."
Carlos: "Que?"
Me: "I said . . . one chicken pie, please."
Carlos: "Que?"
Me: "One pie, dammit. Look, here's three pounds fifty. Now give me my pie!"
Carlos: "Porque?" (sits down behind the counter with arms crossed)

he would probably argue that he was not in the right frame of mind to serve pies and sue the arse of you for asking for the said pie - see its your fault not his

I think you'll find that he never refused to sell the pie, he just refused to warm it up as it had already been warmed up twice before.

This twonk is really trying my patience. I understand, once again to be clear, all this is a big game to them but he is taking the piss and at some point, if he's not careful, someone will snap and snap that cheeky little **** in half.

hahahahahaha what's he gonna sue Mancini for?

wanker, don't sell him.

make him rot in the reserves for the remainder of his contract.

if he refuses to train and play for the reserves, then say fine stay at home then and you won't be paid.

he's under contract, he can't do fuck all.

Now this I like :Despite Tévez’s resale value appearing to have been damaged by the events in Munich, the club have made it clear to manager Roberto Mancini that the player will not be sold for less than market value in January, or in future transfer windows should he remain a City player beyond the new year.

A Manchester City spokesman said: “I can confirm that, following a telephone call between Roberto Mancini and the chairman, Khaldoon al-Mubarak, on Tuesday, the club’s formal position is that no offer for Carlos Tévez will be considered unless it reflects true market value.”

Looks like Bobby has been given carte blanche to do as exactly he feels is best for the Club.
Sincere thanks to HH and Khaldoon.
Hahahhaaaaa.
Fucking suck on that Tevez and Kia The ****.

God fuck Tevez, I was willing to give him a chance after all the bullshit of him going back and forth saying he was leaving and staying, but no. He was a great player for us the last season, but now I have lost all respect for him as a player and I hope he gets the hell out of our hair

Unfortunately, trying to sell him at 40mil would result in the same stand-off as had happened in the previous window. Nobody can afford him other than PSG and Anzhi, and doubtfully Real Madrid and Barca..

However, if we do sell him at a lower value, Inter, AC Milan, Spurs, and a few other clubs would be very interested.

Of course, the 18mil offer is too insulting and Corinthians can stuff their offer up their collective behinds..

If the club can actually prove without a reasonable doubt that his refusal to play was a direct result of them withholding the 6mil loyalty bonus, then Tevez would lose any case that he may file...

Shocked to see that people are asking whether he is available for selection.

Does anyone truely believe he will ever play for City again?

Big lol.

No, genius. I was just asking from a technical standpoint.

Big lol.

Over reliance?

He earnt that place. He ran our team and I can never agree with your view

I'm sure that he and silva could have complemented each other

People like you will never learn though, I don't know why I bother.
Tevez was never as important as most blues and Tevez liked to think: <a class="postlink" href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14030256.stm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14030256.stm</a>

He can earn his money as our lucky charm.

Perhaps a club official can direct him to be our new 'Moonbeam',

Or perhaps we could have a new mascot - El platano
