If he doesn't like it here, then why has he been in England since 2006?adrianr said:MCFC BOB said:But that's what's annoying me. What reason has Tevez got to be unhappy about? Apart from his kids not being here - a problem that can be quickly solved by simply moving them here - I don't see it. He's bloody captain, so it must show him how much we value him.
But then again - this could be complete rubbish.
Did you consider the fact that he may just not like it here? As fans we love to try and justify everything by stacking it up against how much they earn in a week; He's earning 100k a week, he should be able to run for a full 90 minutes. He's earning 100k a week he should be able to score every game. He's earning 100k a week he should be able to put his emotions to the side and concentrate fully on our wonderful club. It just doesn't work like that, never has, never will. If he's not happy here he's not happy! It's a shame, but despite the unhappiness, has he ever given less than 110%? You could probably reel off a list as long as your arm of players who once unhappy, just don't bother, look disinterested and may as well not be on the pitch, not with Tevez.
I think you're comment about his kids problem being easily solvable probably highlights just how little you or I know about this whole situation. It clearly isn't that simple, or you can be damn sure our club would have made it happen. There are things that transcend money, this could well just be one of those things.

Maybe it's harder than I think it is, but it just seems unusual that he's had his kids over there for so long without trying to move them over here. It just doesn't make that much sense.

Now, I find that since we beat the best team in the league without him, and the team seem to have a comraderie and play less selfishly when he's not there, I can't really be arsed? I think it's because I don't see a situation coming out where, if he does leave, we will not improve on it, at least personnel wise.
I hope he plays a part in the final because he is largely responsible for getting us to where we are, but if he leaves I will say thank you, good luck, and tell your agent/mate Kia to kindly fuck off and never return.
We'll see you next autumn in the group stages, where you will be in the back pocket of our real Captain.

True - Tevez has never felt like a genuine captain.
