Can't see that the Ronaldo deal will have much impact. They'll need to spend what they can to replace the tranny, using nearly half of it to sign a player that was already part of the squad isn't going to allow them to do that.
And there is no chance that Ferguson will guarantee Tevez the games that Ronaldo would have played in, they will sign someone else to pick up that slack.
If they weren't prepared to pay £30odd million for Tevez yesterday I doubt this would have changed that.
So I say breaking wind is more likely than breaking news.
