Tevez [Merged]

Just thought i'd add my 50p. Don't want to feel left out. I couldn't give a flying chimp if Tevez signs or not but think he would be a good aquasition.

A lot rides on it imo, if Tevez comes then attracting big names will suddenly become a lot easier.

I've kind of come round to the idea of Trev, as long as we lay off the hoofs he'll do well for us.

Just read this on another site i visit. Thought it was quality.

Ingredients required for summer:

1 football player from a top four team

1 other top four team

1 cup of quotes from any time in the last 6 months

16oz of high-grade bullshit

6 tblsp speculation

1kg rumour

Method:

Take footballer and mix in the quotes. The more irrelevant the quotes to the actual story the better. Knead for a couple of seconds to make it look as if the quotes have something to do with what you're writing about.

When you have a soft, pliable mixture add the other football team as potential destination for player. Whisk gently, stirring in the rumour and speculation.

Transfer to oven friendly dish, cover with bullshit, bake for 30 minutes then publish.

something just changed on oddschecker, Tevez to City was 4/6 now 1/3 and was 5/2 to sign for Scum now 8/1 with Skybet, do they know something?

I've got it into my head he'd be playing on the right, Robinho on the left with any of RSC/Eto'o/Crouch/Bojinov/Caicedo/A. Nother as a central striker.

Really don't think hes a right sided player though, because I've seen a lot of United games where Park slots in ahead of him. Surely Tevez has the same qualities as Park (Hard working etc.) and a lot more, baconface just seemed to only ever play him centrally and although we dislike him we can't deny he knows his players.

I don't know what goes through Hughes' head.

Chelski are 4's so does that mean we have suddenly jumped up into a huge lead to sign him? See it's SkyBets odds could this mean BREAKING NEWS on Sky any moment? Hummmm.

More interesting is the way they have pushed the rags out to 8/1. Maybe something could be about to break the impasse in this saga.
