The media suggesting that Tevez will go to Chelsea, now that they have seemingly declared an interest in him, is typical of their attitude to us. They cannot see past the idea that a player would turn down a Sky 4® club to come to us, and when they do choose us, it can only be for the money. This is the same media who want the Sky 4® challenged, but would rather have it done by 'honest, hardworking' teams, managed by their favorite managers such as O'Neil or Moyes or rent a quote Twitcher.

I do find it surprising the sudden confidence from Chelsea fans. they have been interested for about a week and they suddenly think their favourites.

I have to admit i would be shell shocked if he signed for Chelsea. They are an inferior rags at the end of the day, judging by Kia's words it seems he wants to be the centre of a team and be responsible for taking them to the very top.

I saw the Mirror quoting a Chelsea source saying Chelsea had no interest in Tevez, yet it must be more than media crap as Kia spent most of yesterday's media blitz talking about offers from Chelsea and City.

I assume from this that he is either trying to smooth Tevez's way out of Utd, or he is just doing the best by his man in trying to drum up interest. Whatever the reasons, the Chelsea "interest" has come from Kia. The media are just repeating it.

Are you aware of any non-City transfer news?

Speculation on my part, but I reckon your source could be a sports lawyer who draws up contracts. Not expecting an answer on that one!
