Tevez [Merged]

Can't say I agree. Tevez was an instincts player who is not exactly renowned for doing what he's told or being great with authority. Not exactly a team player either, always at his best trying to single handedly drag the team forward on his own. He was perfect for what we needed at that point in time, but genuinely don't think he'd be a great system player for someone like Pep.
He didn't like passing very much

We all know that.
I get that to a point - I think back to Zabaleta's reaction to Tevez in Munich and he looked as impressed with him as I was (which I think speaks volumes).

I know it's with the gift of hindsight but its bizarre that so many of the players didn't realise what a good screw they were on - a lot of them enjoyed the best part of their careers under his management (an element is obviously down to their ages etc) but on the whole he improved most if not all of them.......

if you missed this its a good watch and talk of 3rd party tevez was at united under orders from the agent and the owners in the 3rd party
but Carlos Tevez's agent Kia Joorabchian talk is cheap and would not trust him with anything

The option was there to sign for 1 & half years but thank god they didn't which brought back the control to Carlos and his agent.

i love Mancini but people completely forget the meltdown he had at Dzeko just before Carlos.

Sky just showed the qpr game with former players and none had anything positive to say about Mancini and Vinny made several digs(“if Pep of Manuel had that team that season”)

I recorded it and am re watching it now but it's just the coverage from the day with Tyler and Quinn on commentary. Are there interviews after the match?
