Tevez [Merged]

BUENOS AIRES - Carlos Tevez has not decided his future after receiving offers from Manchester City and Chelsea, said on Wednesday the owner of the pass of the Argentine soccer Kia Joorabchian.

The striker's contract with Manchester United expires at the end of the month, then Tevez and his advisers will choose one of the offers they have on the table.

"Now we are evaluating the proposals of the City and Chelsea, plus another team," Joorabchian told Radio Del Plata in Argentina. Did not identify the third club.

"In the next two weeks Jack, with Adrian (Ruocco, seized Tevez) and we will sit down with me to resolve this," said the businessman.

He said that Tevez was still not inclined to the City or Chelsea, but added that the City "has a big chance because it is a team that is putting a large campus."

"We are analyzing the bids, proposals. After we talk with Charles, with Adrian and decide in the next 10 days," he said.

For people who can't be arsed going back a few pages.

Its because Sky Sports news are reporting from the news now article and havent actually heard the interview to have it translated by something other than babelfish and have no idea what a large campus is? Unless we are building a university for his 5 year old kid!
I suspect its a mistranslation of Project. I don't actually know its a guess.
