i would rather finish 2nd than this vile piece of shit play for us again.

Comical.

Who are you people with opinions like this? Seriously...

I know and talk to dozens and dozens of Blues. And I know full well that every single one of them, bar none, would laugh their heads off if I put this question to them. They wouldn't even have to think, becuase they love and support Manchester City above and beyond any personnel.

It's incredible to hear City fans talk like this. Like you, I know lots of City fans, and without fail, given the choice, they'd jump at the propect of winning the Premiership, irrespective of who was playing for us.

I've heard City fans on here (and only ever on here!) talking this sort of shit whenever we sign a former rag... "I'd rather lose than win with a rag in the team..." ... "We should never employ rags, we'd be better better off with some no-mark from the youth team than have a proper player (heard this said about Gidman, Cooke, Coppell, Platt,... fuck me, I've even heard it said about us ever signing Rooney or Ronaldo!)"...

I support CITY. That's it. Not a manager, not a player... just CITY.

And if it takes Tevez' goals to see us over the finishing line, then so be it. I doubt he'll ever get picked again, I trust the manager to make that decision, but if he does, are the same pillocks on here baying for Tevez' blood all going to be calling for Mancini's head at the same time?

'Cos if they didn't, they would all be moral hypocrites, wouldn't they?

That's why I asked the question "WHo are these people"? They harrumph indignation on Bluemoon like the fires of satan.

I've got my own theories.

You have to laugh.

Alright, you lot, saying it is ok. How far does it go?

Do we ignore a racist incident by one of our players? Yes or no?
Mancini tells players to dive. Yes or no?
Mancini tells players to feign injuries to get other players sent off. Yes or no?
City bribe match officials. Yes or no?

Where's the line for you, or is there no line as long as we win the league?

Presumably that means if Mancini ever did ask these things of the players, you would want him sacked?

Should we sack him for waving his fucking hands whenever he gets frustrated at a lack of a decision? That's bringing the game into disrepute isn't it?

If Aguero dives and gets us a penalty that wins us the league, would I be distraught?

I very much doubt it seeing as I wouldn't be fucking sober for the following fortnight...

Why would you presume such garbage? As it stands you're disagreeing with his stance, why aren't you currently pariahs? Because we can disagree with a manager without utterly rejecting them or wanting them out. I don't want him to play for us again, some blues do.

I'll answer your question although you didn't answer mine. No, he shouldn't be sacked for the same reasons as above, it's absurdly absolutist, but should blues be able to express their disapproval without walking out of the club, yep.

Is there a line I would not cross to win the Premiership?

I don't know of one off the top of my head.

I'm sure if we bribed I'd be disappointed, but ultimately I could live with it.

Could I cope with Tevez playing for us again? Sure, why not. It's the manager who makes that decision, I would only be supporting his decision.

I find it strange that all the foamers on here with their self flaggelation about playing Tevez have missed the obvious point... he can only play if the manager selects him.

So aim your wrath at the right people at least.

PS I realy struggled to understand your post, so I hope I've answered your question.

He's not playing for us again, Mancini left the option open in the conference today so Tevez has less of an argument when he tries to sue us.

Yes, you did. Thanks for that.

point is if he is fit , if he is mentally fit and IF , a big if , bobby thinks he can help then help he must - unlikely but there may be twists and turns ahead and we may need all guns to finish the job. With the way we are being handled by referees we'll have amuch reduced squad if all those shite bookings and sendings off continue so Tevez get your arse into gear and do your job and then f off in the summer - we have bigger fish to fry then!

Surely the fact that you've heard it said about the likes of Gidman, Cooke and Coppell means that you don't "only ever hear it on here", as Bluemoon wasn't even around then!

soulboy,im in work dying with an hangover, but you just made me laugh with your "not sober" remark.

You know what I mean!!!

I mean the self-worthiness of being bluer than blue by vowing that every player or coach associated with the rags should never be allowed to darken our doorsteps.

And regarding the names you mention... At the time no one gave a toss about their provenance, but I have read it on here when people have been critical of them. So there!

I do think Bluemoon seemingly has a far greater percentage of Tezev outers than is the case at the match. Most blues I speak to shrug their shoulders and have the view that winning the Premiership overrides petty squabbles.

Anyway, this week's award of Pedant of the Week goes to.......... ;-))
