Tevez officially not going to Corinthians

Player swaps are constantly touted but how often do they happen? There was Ibra for Eto'o, any other high profile swaps in recent years?

To be fair i think most people saw this was all bollocks the second it was mentioned.

Yep. All the sensible ones were forced to be reticent otherwise they'd just get abused. The city board of directors are clever idiots, they know what sparks interest. Why do you think we're all here on this forum?

If Tevez left, that would compel Mancini into buying another striker. What's the point? Think, honestly.

A straight swap would be an absurd piece of business. It should be Sneijder + £10m at least.

I think most would take a straight swap, but swap + 5m i think would be more representative or 10m at the upper limit.

I agree but Inter want to reduce their wages so i cant see any dosh coming our way and i cant see a way back for Tevez so he will have to go - Barca cant afford him - RM seem to want Neymar and that leave Inter - Juve were possible as are Malaga but if he stays in Europe he will want maximum wonga and a CL team

Maybe Juve want him - we could accept a decent offer 40 Million and see what he wants - his misses will be happy in Itya i guess

Can't find the link but I'm sure there was a quote from someone @ Corinthians a week or so ago saying the bid was bollocks because there was no way they could find £40m...straight swap for Sjneider and purchase of Aguero screws the rags and Chelski simultaneously. So glad we have told all the parasites where to go and Kia can go fook for another payday.

Fuck sakes... now we are stuck with a **** of a player who doesn't wanna be here.

Thats his problem mate, he's always been a pro on the pitch,so I've got no worries he'll knuckle down and just get on with it.

I'm sceptical about Inter doing a swap deal for Sneijder. From what I understand they need to sell him to raise money for their targets which improves their squad overall. A swap would exchange one high earning superstar for another, and it wouldn't particularly improve their situation. Especially considering they have a striker in Eto'o and nobody else to step into Sneijder's shoes unless they buy.

As for Corinthians, cheeky bastards.

the best part though is city accepted the bid,so it looks like we tried do right by Carlos.Kia and Carlos cant throw the rattle out of the pram now without looking really bad in the eyes of potential buyers.
