You know what? It's not as simple as whether Torres or Tévez is better, but whether either fits within the system Mancini wants and believe me, Torres fits that objective better than Tévez.
Someone who plays on the shoulders of the oppo defence, therefore pushing them back further into their half and allowing us to dominate possession more than we do now. Coupled with the fact, Torres and Dzeko are perfect front men makes this more feasible.
Tévez does not allow this to happen for us, for as we know, he goes wandering and the team have to play spontaneously, rather than exact to a plan, as a rule.
For me, this is main reason why we look in relative control from defence to mid and randomly improvising the attack, constantly.
