trust me he wont be being paid, take it from someone who has been suspended from work before.
i was found guilty of being too damn good lucking!! ;)
I am equally certain that he will be getting paid. Until the case has been fully investigated, you cannot legally withhold pay. Likewise, if a player is accused of rape, he shouldn't be punished until the verdict has been reached.

Wrong. The club can fine him already. Two weeks. He has a right of appeal though.

-- Thu Sep 29, 2011 9:16 am --

However, sacking him would mean that he was eiligible to play for another club as any ties with the City had then been severed. .
Not if we retain his registration. no.

but mancini can let tevez rot in the reserves with being picked, as he can argue that tevez dosent play for the first team because aguero, balotelli, dzeko are better, and are playing better in training.

so they get in ahead of tevez.

why did someone have to get caught phone hacking, might of been useful, real useful around now, this would probably have been sorted.

and no, if tevez or his team even mentioned slavery, city win this case by default.

basically, it comes down to this £100,000 per week, to essentially run around after a ball, and you cant be arsed to come onto the pitch and run around???

and when you dont they dont pick you, and declare slavery,

Don't know which thread to post this on, but has the snake oil merchant Joorabachin popped up on any media yet defending his 'victim' client?

There's not much he can do tbh. Tevez pissed on his own chips by admitting it on camera. All his backtracking and talk of "confusion on the bench" is just spin that no one believes.

For a change the press are behind us 100%. This whole situation could be a blessing in disguise in our attempts to get the press onside with the "project" (I hate that term)
I've already seen phrases like "great old club" famous blue shirt" being used.
Makes a nice change from being labelled classless and terms like "moneybags city" and "parvenu" being bandied about when referring to us.

Here's my two penn'eth, for what it's worth.

In the first instance, Bobby should be given the full and unconditional backing from the Owner, the Chairman and the Board. Tevez should be made to see out his contract, at least until a bid comes in for him that matches the Club's valuation. He should also be given the option to buy himself out because the sooner all ties are cut with him and his agent, the better. Whilst he remains at the club make him train with, and warm the bench for, the EDS. He should never be allowed to take the field in City blue again at any level. If he fails to turn up and give 100% at every training session, don't pay him. The little turd and his pimp can not be seen to come out of this situation smiling, which is exactly what they'll do if we simply fire him. He'd go and play for who he wants, where he wants and this would set a very dangerous precedent indeed, not just at City but throughout football. Whilst I am grateful for the performances he has put in since his arrival, I'm sick to death of him and want him out more than he wants out.

About time FIFA got involved in fact it's about time FIFA sorted a lot of shite out while they are at.Frankly they are the ones that should have stamped on a lot of this shite years ago.I mean FFS players putting in Transfer requests because they want more money WTF it should be a case of "you signed it dickhead and if your not happy with it you have two choices you either see it out or you will never play football again "
