you poll the united players and ask if they wanted tevez to come back and play for us? You know what the answer would be.

I am sure they would be delighted if he plays for us again. We're a better, more cohesive team without him than with him.
Turn it the other way, Id be distraught if united had a 25goal a season striker returning at this stage of the season

Under the same circumstances I'd be delighted if Tevez was coming back for them at this stage of the season.

The vast majority of people on here were laughing their cocks off at United about how they backed down over the Rooney saga. All he did was ask for a transfer request.

I have decided Not to Boo the cnut.
However I will howl and bark like a dog whenever the pug ugly either appears on the bench or actually gets on the pitch:
"Who let the Pug out. Who? Who? Who?"

Won't be booing anyone, but if he comes on the pitch I'm walking out of the stadium.

really!? there's ten other players out there that need our support.

Me leaving won't make a jot of difference. I cannot & will not support this classless twat playing for our club again.

yes it will make a difference, if you think crowd support doesn't effect what happens on the pitch then you're v wrong.

leaving is actually worse than booing tevez. think about what the rest of the lads will think watching people walking out.

if you do, don't come back.

i just dont get it.

water under bridge.

time to move on and back both manager and player

and quit with the booing.

It does not matter what the so callled majority on here think. Its just that they are the more bitter. However judging by the comments and interviews made outside Carrintington Carlos returning paints a different picture to the so called majority on here. They were excited to see him return. I for one hope he and Mancini can sort out their differences in the interest of winning the leauge.

The Cabal has spoken. Mancini is to blame. Tevez is great. Players hate Mancini. Just like the good old days.
I can't speak for anyone else but I'm saying that Mancini might have backed himself into a corner and Khaldoon and others might have had to back him out for the greater good of the club. Read the proper translation above and it throws a whole different light on things. No one's saying that Tevez is 0% to blame and Mancini is 100% to blame. Clearly that's not the case but it's also not as black-and-white as we all first thought.

I also don't necessarily believe that Tevez's return will cause a dressing room rift as I understand that most if not all of his colleagues respect him (even if they might not agree with some of the things he's done). And if (repeat, if)Mancini has told them Tevez will play only over his dead body and has been forced to climb down by the club then he will have lost some respect in the dressing room I would imagine.

Good post. Tevez is clearly to blame with his repeated petulance towards the manager. It doesn't matter if Mancini did speak to him "like a dog", he was bang out of order for sitting down with his chin out.

But the way the club has handled it since has been awful. A mess. There is a solution, only one that I can see. A fudged reunion and fake apology. For the good of City.

I still don't think this has been handled well at all. I've said it countless times, but hey once more won't harm anyone, that I think Mancini was way too quick off the mark to blame Tevez. Maybe being interviewed straight after the Bayern game was not the best thing to do, and I believe he painted himself into a corner.

If he comes back, then fine I'll support him. He'll be wearing Blue and that's all I need.

Mind you, I did say I'd fuck off rather than see Rooney wear a Blue shirt....Christ, football fans eh!

One can only admire you standing by your belief however can I pose the question. If he was to come on against the rags and scores the winning goal and you have walked out, how would you feel?
