That could quite easily be Joleon playing the diplomat, you know? Or maybe everyone is glad to have the Toure's back and two are glad to have herman back, it amounts to the same thing - that statement is proof of nothing.

That's not at all common sense. Dare I say it, it's poor logic. Joleon didn't have to say anything.

For one, I don't give a damn about who said what to who over this drawn out affair. As far as I am concerned, it is like having a new loan player until the end of the season. The chances are Balotelli will behave like a child sometime in the next 4-5 games and get sent off again and have a 5 match ban - and TEVEZ can be the cover for all I care.

No one outside the club will ever know what was actually said or done. Tevez changes his story every few days and Mancini keeps on appearing to back down every few months and softening his and the club's stance. As a club, they shoudl rise above it, get Tevez match fit and have him available from the bench for the last 10 premiership games - simple. And at the end of the season, irrespective of what TEVEZ might have done for the club or not, get rid of him to the first £20m offer.................
