My gut instinct is that he will go, since AC backed off.

AFP cite sources from the French club and their Qatari owners confirming that the clubs have reached an agreement and that Tevez is now expected to arrive in the country on Wednesday.
It is reported that PSG, who failed with an attempt to sign Brazil international Alexandre Pato from AC Milan last week, have agreed to pay 29 million euros up front, with a further 8m euros in add-ons.
AFP claims the 27-year-old could join PSG on a three-and-a-half year deal. However, the deal is still dependent on the approval of Tevez, who has also been the subject of an offer from Italy's Internazionale.
Inter's offer for Tevez was only 25m euros and now the onus is on the Nerazzurri to return with an improved offer if they are to keep alive their hopes of signing the Argentina international.
President Massimo Moratti said on Monday he was expecting to face strong competition for the signature of a player who scored 44 goals in 69 league appearances before falling out spectacularly with City.
"I believe there are still other teams involved for the striker," Moratti added. "There are clubs in England as well as PSG. In football there are no secrets. Our offer is 25m euros (£20.7m). Now it depends on them whether they accept or not."
PSG's new coach, Carlo Ancelotti, revealed on Tuesday morning that Tevez was one of a number of forwards who have been offered to the Ligue 1 side.
“I was offered unexpected players, players who have just signed spectacular contracts. Everybody wants to be here, there is money, there’s a coach with a good reputation,” said Ancelotti in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.
“For January. Tevez? Names that have been offered by agents in addition to Tevez have been Fernando Torres, Dimitar Berbatov, Roman Pavlyuchenko, Edinson Cavani and Fernando Llorente.
“The truth is that the agent merry-go-round is so dizzying you could rebuild the team every week. I don’t like it.”
Tevez has not represented City since allegedly refusing to appear as a substitute in a Champions League game against Bayern Munich in September.
