Maybe our owners have called in a favour from their mates in Qatar, i.e. you take this fucking weasel and his parasitic agent off our hands and we'll quietly fund some projects in Qatar. It helps us solve a problem and save some face over the level of fee we receive and helps PSG look like they can become major players on the European stage.

Probably just wishful thinking, but let's hope so.

No need to call in any favours, Sheikh Mansour have done a lot of business together with the Qatari royals earlier so of course they can work something out..Tevez might be traded for something entirely different behind the scenes, a couple of horses perhaps or a pedigree falcon.

More suited to a mongrel falcon methinks with his recent antics... ;) 'come on Kes...'

SG, Thursday first contact with the agent of Tevez
Again, nothing done between PSG and Tevez. On Thursday - as revealed by Sky Sport 24 - Paris Saint Germain meet Kia Joorabchian to discuss the future of Carlos Tevez. The transaction, which is given by the French press done, is far from the conclusion that as of Thursday will be the first contact between the parties.

I wouldn't trust the Italian press to have any idea what is going on in Paris

Re: Tevez - AC/Inter/PSG

It´s a bit of a pissing contest not just between PSG and the Milano clubs now, but between French and Italian media I reckon..

Tevez will hold out for AC Milan or stay on strike and move in the Summer. can't see him going to PSG. He isn't going to be pushed around. He'll go where he wants

Problems with that:

1. If he rejects a move to another club his court case falls apart and it will personally cost him.
2. Milan don't have the money for him.
3. Milan won't have the money for him this summer.
I wouldn't be surprised if we have approached EUFA on the quiet to see if we can write off his amortisation in addition to his wages (wages won't count anyway as he signed before the cut-off). Certainly FIFA (and I think EUFA) were outraged by the non-playing issue in Munich. It then just becomes a matter of money and severely pissing off one of the richest men in the world is not a good career move, no matter how good you are at what you do.

Imho I think City are ready to have the ugly, poisonous, backstabbing, greedy argie stump stay for another 18 months if necessary. 6 months to the end of the season and then another 12 until he can cancel his contract through lack of playing time.

Wonder how many teams would be willing to pay him £200k/month if he has been sat on his arse on our reserve team bench for almost 2 years, plus he'll be getting on for 29 years old then also. I think his only way out is to take a deal that is also in City's benefit plus he'll also get back to earning his image rights, win, performance, goal bonuses etc. The only thing that pisses me off is that, financially, he is going to be fine (unless City do have something up their sleeve).

I can dream, can't I?

If pato wouldn't play in France what makes people think tevez will

Pato had a choice. Tevez doesn't IF he wants to play at all (Assuming the Milans don't up their offers).
